DIRECT SALES We have been manufacturing and selling t-shirt dryers in in the UK and Europe since 1984 using distributors and selling direct to printers. There are some advantages to dealing with distributors but there is also one disadvantage, that is the higher price they sometimes charge you for the dryer.

We believe that by selling direct to you we can offer you a high quality machine at a low cost, giving you more value for your money than you would get by buying eastern European or American dryers through agents who as they only sell the items often have less knowlege of the use, performance and maintainance of the products they are selling than someone who has been using, manufacturing and selling conveyor dryers for 25 years.

DELIVERY Most of the 700 series Texitunnels and the 8220 Texitunnel are usually "on the shelf" ready for quick delivery.

Small dryers are packed in a plywood box with complete installation and operating instructions and sent direct to you on a freight service. You only have to take the dryer out of the box, fix the legs on and plug it into the power supply. We can deliver and install these to you personally but there may be a small extra charge.

Most of the 8000 series Texitunnels and special orders normally take about 3 to 4 weeks to make.We deliver and install the large dryers. The cost of this service is included in the price.

PAYMENT Payment before shipping is required for small dryers sent by freight. Large dryers can be paid for before shipping or on delivery.A deposit may be required in some circumstances.

GUARANTEE All parts of a Panther Dryer have a 1-year guarantee. Analogue temperature controllers have a 3-year guarantee. The conveyor motor has a 2-year guarantee.The ceramic heating elements have a 5-year guarantee.Our guarantee is that we will supply any parts by "next day delivery".We can despatch for "next day" if the request is made before 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

All of the parts of a Panther Dryer are easy to access and replace. Faults on new machines in the first year are extreemly rare and when they occur they are easy to find and fix. Most of our customers have told us that they prefer to get a spare part next day, that they can fit quickly rather than waiting for a service engineer. A dryer, that is normally used and kept clean, can be expected to be used for 10 years or longer without needing any major replacement parts.

We keep an individual component parts list for every dryer we build so that we know exactly which spare parts you might need at any time.

MAINTAINANCE There is very little to do. The best maintenance that you can do is to keep the dryer clean. Ventilator fans and their filter screens should be kept clean and the carbon brushes in the drive motor should be replaced if they become worn. This is probably at about 5 years.
